Core Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to HomeGrown's recipes and plating standards
• Manage your assigned station efficiently during service
• Execute prep work including chopping, marinating, and organizing ingredients
• Maintain rigorous food safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with your kitchen team to ensure smooth service and quality output
• Monitor inventory and communicate kitchen needs to management

Skills & Qualifications

• Prior line cook or kitchen experience (or strong culinary training)
• Proficiency with kitchen equipment and knives
• Ability to multitask under pressure and work quickly without sacrificing quality
• Strong food safety knowledge and commitment to sanitation
• Team-oriented mindset and respectful communication style
• Reliability and punctuality
