Role Overview

This assembly position runs the first shift, Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with Friday hours from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. You'll be part of a manufacturing team that takes pride in quality and efficiency. Comprehensive training is provided, and you'll earn $17.00 per hour with weekly pay every Friday. The facility maintains high standards for cleanliness and worker safety, creating an organized, professional production environment.

Core Duties

• Assemble components and subassemblies according to work instructions and technical specifications
• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process and validate completed units
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation while adhering to safety and housekeeping standards
• Meet daily production targets and contribute to team efficiency goals
• Communicate proactively with supervisors about any challenges, process improvements, or safety concerns

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive, detail-oriented work
• Capacity to follow written and verbal instructions carefully and accurately
• Willingness to learn new procedures and adapt to production needs
• Ability to commit to a first-shift schedule with 5:00 a.m. start times
