Equipment Tech

SBM Management is hiring a full-time Equipment Tech in Cincinnati, Hamilton County to maintain and support our laboratory facilities. This hands-on position focuses on keeping our lab environment clean, organized, and fully operational.

What This Role Involves

As an Equipment Tech at SBM Management, you'll be central to our lab's day-to-day success. You'll ensure laboratory spaces meet our cleanliness and organization standards, respond to facility maintenance needs, and manage critical lab materials and supplies. This role demands precision, reliability, and a strong work ethic—you'll be the backbone supporting our lab operations.

Core Duties

• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization according to facility standards
• Identify, document, and report equipment and facility issues promptly
• Perform specialized lab cleaning tasks, including glass washing
• Manage lab supply inventory and requisition cleaning materials and equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate, detailed daily logs of all duties and maintenance activities
• Support additional lab operations and facility tasks as assigned
