We're seeking a seasoned Superintendent to join Alpine Construction Management as a traveling field leader on commercial construction projects. In this full-time role, you'll take charge of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects run smoothly and meet all quality and safety standards. Your Responsibilities
- Oversee all field operations and coordinate daily construction activities on assigned projects
- Supervise and mentor crew members and subcontractors to maintain productivity and morale
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance across the job site
- Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to project managers and company leadership
- Manage quality control and resolve construction-related issues as they arise
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports on project status and site conditions
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Superintendent or equivalent leadership role on commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
