Role Overview
Your work as our Testing Coordinator will focus on managing the administration of state and federally mandated student assessment initiatives while safeguarding the confidentiality and integrity of all testing materials and student performance data. You'll partner with campus leadership to keep our assessment processes compliant, secure, and aligned with district and regulatory requirements.
Your Responsibilities
- Administer and oversee state and federally mandated student assessment programs across the district
- Maintain rigorous security protocols for testing materials, student data, and assessment records
- Ensure all testing practices comply with applicable state regulations and federal guidelines
- Support campus administration with assessment logistics and operational coordination
- Liaise with teaching staff regarding assessment calendars, procedures, and result communication
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of testing activities and outcome data
