Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their needs, offering knowledgeable recommendations across Under Armour's product lines
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain store appearance and product displays, ensuring merchandise is organized and well-stocked
• Support inventory management and assist with receiving and pricing merchandise
• Answer customer questions about product features, sizing, and care instructions
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues during peak shopping periods

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, especially during seasonal peaks
• Genuine enthusiasm for athletic brands and fitness
• Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including evenings and weekends
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Reliable transportation to our Camarillo location
