What This Role Involves

As a Customer Service Advisor for Valvoline Instant Oil Change, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, greeting customers and explaining the convenience and benefits of our quick, in-vehicle service model. You'll manage customer interactions from arrival through completion, ensuring each visit is efficient, professional, and memorable. Your role is central to creating a positive experience that keeps customers returning.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the facility and gather information about their vehicle service needs
• Explain Valvoline products, service options, and pricing in clear, accessible language
• Process customer payments and handle point-of-sale transactions
• Schedule future service appointments and follow up with customers as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols
• Answer customer questions and address concerns with professionalism and care
• Support the team in maintaining cleanliness and equipment readiness

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work a full-time schedule in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting team safety standards
• Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn about automotive services and Valvoline products
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
