About the Role
Copart is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to our global customer base. In this position, you'll be a key point of contact for vehicle buyers and sellers using our platform, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You'll work with a team dedicated to supporting the seamless buying and selling of vehicles across more than 200 facilities worldwide.
Core Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Resolve customer issues and concerns with accuracy and professionalism
- Provide detailed information about our auction platform, processes, and vehicle listings
- Assist both buyers and sellers with account questions and transaction support
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Contribute to a positive customer experience that drives loyalty and retention
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
