Role Overview

As a Customer Service Specialist at WEX, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, handling incoming requests via phone and email. Operating in a fast-paced call center setting, you'll address customer needs across account maintenance, billing inquiries, and technical support—delivering responsive, accurate assistance that builds customer confidence and satisfaction.
