As a Teller at Truliant Federal Credit Union, you'll play a vital role at the heart of our member experience. Your Responsibilities

• Process member deposits, withdrawals, and other routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to members during every interaction
• Handle cash and other financial materials in accordance with established procedures and security standards
• Maintain a welcoming, professional demeanor and build positive relationships with members
• Resolve member inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members
• Support the credit union's community-focused mission in all daily activities
