Speech Language Pathologist – Full Time

About This Position

Jackson Therapy Partners has partnered with a local healthcare client to fill a full-time Speech Language Pathologist position. This is a permanent clinical role where you'll provide direct patient care, utilizing your expertise in speech and language disorders, voice therapy, fluency, and dysphagia management. You'll work as part of an interdisciplinary team, contributing to measurable outcomes for patients across multiple diagnostic categories.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and dysphagia assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving communication function and swallowing safety
• Deliver direct speech therapy and swallowing therapy services to patients in the clinical setting
• Monitor patient progress, document clinical findings, and adjust therapy strategies based on response to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with all regulatory and documentation standards

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in California
• Professional expertise in speech therapy, language disorders, and dysphagia management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Strong communication and documentation skills
