Logistics Coordinator – Part Time

Toussaint Productions is hiring a Logistics Coordinator on a part-time basis in Glen Burnie, Anne Arundel County. You'll keep our events and productions running smoothly by managing the behind-the-scenes coordination that makes every project succeed.

Role Overview

As a Logistics Coordinator with Toussaint Productions, you'll be the operational linchpin for our event and production logistics. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. You'll handle the details that keep everything on track—from planning transportation to coordinating with teams and vendors to ensure flawless execution.

Core Duties

• Coordinate transportation logistics and vehicle scheduling for events and productions
• Manage timelines and schedules across multiple projects and team members
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to arrange necessary services and materials
• Track deliveries and oversee the receipt and distribution of equipment and supplies
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for logistics operations
• Troubleshoot logistics challenges and adapt to changing production needs
