Role Overview

As an Exterior Painter at Spray-Net Chicago West, you'll deliver high-quality spray application finishes on residential and commercial properties throughout the Western Suburbs. Core Duties

• Apply specialized coating systems using spray equipment to exterior surfaces
• Prepare surfaces, including cleaning, sanding, and primer application
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and coverage standards
• Maintain equipment, tools, and safety protocols on job sites
• Collaborate with team members and respond to customer requests

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with spray guns and spray application techniques
• Physical ability to work at height and in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail and pride in finished quality
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Experience in exterior painting or related trades (preferred)
• Willingness to learn our unique processes and methods
