About the Role

This position supports the store’s sales goals by delivering attentive customer service and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment. As a part‑team member, you’ll help customers find the products they need while contributing to the overall success of the DTLR location in Seminole County.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers promptly and assess their needs to provide personalized product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is tidy.
• Assist with receiving shipments, checking inventory levels, and preparing items for the sales floor.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and follow up to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and store policies.
• Adhere to all safety and loss‑prevention guidelines to protect store assets and maintain a secure environment.
