The role involves handling a variety of products, following established stocking procedures, and contributing to a clean, organized sales floor.

What You'll Do

• Unload delivery trucks and verify shipments against purchase orders.
• Transport merchandise to the sales floor and place items on shelves according to planograms and store standards.
• Rotate stock to ensure older items are front‑faced and maintain proper product presentation.
• Assist with price changes, promotional setups, and visual merchandising updates as directed.
• Keep backroom and receiving areas tidy, safe, and compliant with company policies.
• Provide friendly assistance to shoppers when needed and report any inventory discrepancies.
• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and use of equipment.

• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Strong organizational skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic math skills for counting inventory and processing shipments.
• Good communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with teammates.
• No prior retail experience required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
