About the Role

This full‑time position supports a federal government contract and is contingent on the award of that contract. The Training Coordinator will help design, organize, and deliver learning initiatives that keep mission‑critical teams ready and compliant.

What You'll Do

• Develop training schedules, coordinate logistics, and manage classroom or virtual training environments.
• Maintain accurate records of attendee participation, completion rates, and certification status in learning management systems.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to update course materials and ensure content aligns with client requirements.
• Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback surveys, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to report on training progress, upcoming needs, and any issues, and resource requirements.
• Support onboarding programs for new personnel, ensuring they receive required introductory training in a timely manner.

What We're Looking For

• Experience coordinating training activities, preferably within government or defense contracting environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple calendars, venues, and vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and standard office productivity tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for interacting with instructors, learners, and program managers.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate training documentation and compliance reports.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, mission‑focused setting.
• Eligibility to obtain any required security clearances associated with the federal contract.
