About the Role
As a part‑time front‑desk associate, you will be the first point of contact for members, guests, and those interested in joining the club. Your upbeat attitude and attentive service help create a welcoming environment that supports the club’s commitment to a judgment‑free workout experience.
What You'll Do
- Greet every member and guest with a smile and provide a smooth check‑in process.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding class schedules, membership options, and club policies.
- Assist prospective members with tours, explain benefits, and guide them through the sign‑up paperwork.
- Resolve member concerns or complaints promptly, escalating to management when needed.
- Process payments, update member accounts, and keep the front‑desk area tidy and organized.
- Promote upcoming classes, personal training sessions, and special events to increase engagement.
- Maintain knowledge of club offerings and stay current on any policy or procedural updates.
What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others feel comfortable.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer proficiency for navigating membership software and email.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a service‑oriented role is a plus but not required.
