Mavis Tire Supply is seeking a Full‑Time Automotive Alignment Technician to join their team at a modern service center in the East Windsor, NJ area, serving Princeton and Mercer County.

About the Role

As an Automotive Alignment Technician you will ensure vehicles leave the shop with precise wheel alignment, contributing to safer handling and extended tire life. You’ll work with advanced alignment equipment in a fast‑paced environment that values technical expertise and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Perform front‑end and four‑wheel alignments using computerized alignment systems
• Inspect suspension and steering components for wear, damage, or incorrect specifications
• Adjust camber, caster, and toe angles to manufacturer specifications
• Conduct test drives to verify alignment results and vehicle handling
• Maintain alignment tools and equipment, performing routine calibrations
• Document service findings and completed work in the shop management system
• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to prioritize workflow
• Adhere to all safety protocols and shop cleanliness standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an alignment technician or similar automotive service role
• Strong understanding of suspension geometry and alignment principles
• Proficiency with Hunter, John Bean, or comparable alignment machines
• Ability to read and interpret vehicle service manuals and alignment specs
• Good manual dexterity and comfort working with hand and power tools
• Effective communication skills for interacting with teammates and customers
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with industry technology
• Full‑time availability; shift flexibility may be required based on center needs
