JP Euro is seeking a Warwick City Audi Master Guild Technician to join their full‑time team in Warwick, Michigan.

About the Role

As an Audi Master Guild Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain Audi vehicles to the highest factory standards, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction while working in a collaborative, performance‑focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive inspections and diagnostic testing on Audi models using advanced scan tools and manufacturer‑specific software.
• Execute complex mechanical and electrical repairs, including engine, transmission, drivetrain, and safety systems, adhering to Audi’s Master Guild procedures.
• Carry out preventive maintenance services such as oil changes, brake work, suspension alignment, and software updates.
• Document all work performed in the shop management system, providing clear estimates and explanations for customers.
• Mentor junior technicians, share technical knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement of shop processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and comply with all safety and environmental regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Current Audi Master Guild certification or equivalent factory‑trained Audi technician credentials.
• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing Audi vehicles, preferably in a high‑volume European or exotic auto repair setting.
• Strong proficiency with Audi‑specific diagnostic equipment, wiring diagrams, and technical service bulletins.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail when interpreting fault codes and performing repairs.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with service advisors and customers.
• Commitment to ongoing training and staying current with evolving Audi technology.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre‑employment background check.
