ServiceNet is hiring a Site Manager to join its team in Halyoke, Hampden County, overseeing the Developmental Brain Injury Services program.

About the Role

As a Site Manager, you will provide leadership and operational oversight for a residential facility that supports individuals with developmental brain injury. This full‑time position operates on the second shift and offers a competitive hourly rate of $19.57‑$22.53. What You'll Do

  • Direct daily operations of the residential site, ensuring smooth shift transitions and adherence to schedules.
  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate direct support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Implement and monitor individualized care plans in coordination with clinical and therapeutic teams.
  • Maintain compliance with state regulations, agency policies, and health‑and‑safety standards.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as staffing rosters, incident reporting, and inventory of supplies.
  • Facilitate staff training sessions, including mandatory certifications and professional development opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for families, guardians, and external service providers.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to program growth and advancement opportunities.
