About the Role

What You'll Do
- Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care routines
- Facilitate client involvement in program services and community resources
- Monitor and maintain a safe environment for clients and staff
- Uphold client rights and advocate for their needs within the program
- Support program operations, including documentation and transportation coordination
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in human services is a plus
- Previous experience in caregiving, residential support, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Compassionate, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
