Housekeeping Supervisor

Jakville Inc is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team at the Blue Swell property in Panama City Beach, Bay County, Florida.

About the Role

This full‑time position supports the daily operations of a busy hospitality environment, ensuring that housekeeping standards are consistently met and that administrative tasks related to work order management are handled efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the creation, modification, and closure of housekeeping work orders in the property management system, ensuring timely completion for month‑end processing.
• Monitor the quality of cleaned guest rooms and public areas, providing feedback and coaching to housekeeping staff to maintain brand standards.
• Coordinate the preparation of rooms and common spaces, verifying that linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies are stocked and ready for each shift.
• Assist in scheduling housekeeping team members, tracking attendance, and addressing any staffing concerns that arise during the shift.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory usage, supply orders, and equipment maintenance, reporting discrepancies to management promptly.
• Act as a point of contact for guests and other departments regarding housekeeping inquiries, resolving issues in a courteous and professional manner.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience supervising housekeeping or environmental services teams in a hotel, resort, or similar setting.
• Strong organizational skills with="Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple work orders, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Proficiency with property management or housekeeping software; familiarity with standard hospitality operating systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively direct staff and interact with guests and management.
• A proactive, dependable attitude with a commitment to upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as operational needs require.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training or certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
