Floating Leasing Specialist (Southern California) at SoCal Pacific Management in Riverside is a full‑time role that travels throughout the company’s Inland Empire communities to support leasing initiatives.
About the Role
As a Floating Leasing Specialist, you will move between multiple properties each day, providing on‑site leasing assistance wherever it is needed most. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you help maintain occupancy levels by engaging prospective residents, conducting tours, and ensuring a smooth leasing process across the Southern California portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Travel to assigned communities within the Inland Empire and broader Southern California region to cover leasing needs
- Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight community amenities
- Assist with lease preparation, application processing, and move‑in coordination
- Maintain accurate records of visitor traffic, lease conversions, and follow‑up activities
- Collaborate with on‑site teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Support marketing initiatives such as open houses, resident events, and promotional campaigns
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in residential leasing, property management, or a related customer‑focused role
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Comfortable navigating multiple sites and adapting to varying community cultures
- Proficiency with property management software and basic office applications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in leasing is a plus
