About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead cross‑functional initiatives that support the growth and innovation of Kinder's product portfolio. You will partner with marketing, operations, supply chain, and sales teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with brand objectives.

What You'll Do

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Facilitate regular status meetings and prepare executive‑level reports
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability
• Drive continuous improvement by refining processes and adopting best practices
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards throughout project lifecycles

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in consumer goods or food manufacturing
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from concept to completion
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making
• Capability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment
