TB Shift Leader

Mic Glen is seeking a motivated TB Shift Leader to join its team in Sallisaw, Sequoyah County. This part‑time position supports the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing daily shifts and upholding Taco Bell’s standards for service, safety, and teamwork.

About the Role

As a TB Shift Leader you will act as the key point of contact during your assigned shift, ensuring that every team member follows brand procedures while delivering a friendly guest experience. You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to meet operational goals and maintain a clean, safe environment.

What You'll Do

• Supervise crew members, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to keep service flowing smoothly.
• Ensure all food preparation follows Taco Bell’s safety and quality guidelines, conducting regular checks.
• Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
• Train new team members on menu knowledge, customer service standards, and workplace safety.
• Address guest concerns promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and receive deliveries according to schedule.
• Complete shift reports, attendance records, and required paperwork accurately.
• Foster a positive work atmosphere by recognizing achievements and encouraging teamwork.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading a shift in a fast‑service restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Basic math proficiency for handling cash, processing payments, and balancing drawers.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to food safety practices and maintaining a clean workstation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds when needed.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn Taco Bell‑specific systems and procedures.
