What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area, including glassware, utensils, and stock levels.
- Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, offering menu recommendations and addressing any questions.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, following established checkout procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving deliveries, ensuring proper storage and rotation.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and service standards.
- Support fellow staff members during peak periods to keep service flowing smoothly.

- Minimum age of 21 to comply with alcohol service regulations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., kegs, cases).
