About the Role
As a Project Executive, you will oversee a collection of projects delivered by multidisciplinary teams, guiding junior project managers and ensuring each initiative meets financial targets and client expectations.
What You'll Do
- Establish and maintain a portfolio of projects, coordinating resources across delivery teams to align with organizational goals.
- Direct and mentor less experienced project management staff, offering regular performance feedback and developmental coaching.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and risk factors to secure profitable outcomes for every engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, confirming that deliverables satisfy their requirements and foster long‑term partnerships.
- Implement standard project management methodologies and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Prepare executive reports that summarize portfolio performance, highlight variances, and recommend corrective actions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing multiple construction or engineering projects simultaneously, with a track record of profitable delivery.
- Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to coach and develop junior project managers.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to project portfolios.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with industry‑standard project management tools and techniques (e.g., CPM, Earned Value Management).
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving aptitude and a commitment to safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
