Retail Security Supervisor

Andy Frain Services is seeking a Full-Time Retail Security Supervisor to lead the security team at their location in King, Washington County.

About the Role

In this position, you will oversee daily security operations, ensure the safety of staff, visitors, and vendors, and act as the point of contact for any security-related concerns.

What You'll Do

• Supervise, train, and schedule security officers assigned to the site.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance systems to detect and deter threats.
• Respond promptly to incidents, investigate disturbances, and coordinate with local law enforcement when needed.
• Enforce access control procedures, verify credentials, and manage visitor logs.
• Prepare detailed reports on activities, incidents, and maintenance of security equipment.
• Collaborate with store management to address safety concerns and improve security protocols.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and occupational health standards.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within retail or commercial security.
• Strong knowledge of security practices, emergency response, and loss prevention techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with staff and the public.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
• Proficiency with CCTV systems, access control hardware, and report writing software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the King, Washington County site.
