Senior Editorial Content Manager

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Editorial Content Manager to join its Thought Leadership and Content team in Conshohocken, Montgomery County.

About the Role

The Senior Editorial Content Manager leads the editorial operations that turn executive insights and strategic narratives into polished, high‑impact content. This position owns governance, workflow, resource planning, quality standards, and activation of thought‑leadership assets across channels.

What You'll Do

• Oversee end‑to‑end editorial processes, from concept briefing to final publication, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging guidelines.
• Develop and maintain editorial calendars that align with marketing campaigns, product launches, and executive speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, writers, designers, and stakeholders to produce articles, white papers, videos, and social content.
• Implement quality‑control checkpoints and style‑guide enforcement to uphold accuracy, readability, and SEO best practices.
• Manage resource allocation, track workloads, and forecast capacity to meet publishing schedules.
• Analyze content performance metrics and recommend optimizations to improve engagement and reach.
• Drive continuous improvement of editorial workflows, tools, and governance policies.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of editorial management experience, preferably in B2B technology or professional services.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong expertise in AP style, corporate style guides, and SEO‑focused writing.
• Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore) and editorial workflow platforms.
• Excellent communication, editing, and mentoring skills, with a track record of developing junior writers.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting analytics dashboards and translating data into actionable insights.
