About the Role

This position serves as the primary point of contact for staff seeking HR-related assistance, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and accurate record‑keeping across key HR processes.

What You'll Do

• Process payroll entries and maintain accurate employee compensation records
• Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries in compliance with company policies
• Support new hire onboarding by preparing paperwork, scheduling orientations, and tracking completion
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, time off, and workplace procedures
• Assist with HR reporting, data entry, and file management to keep information current and secure
• Coordinate employee engagement activities such as training sessions, surveys, and recognition programs
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive personnel information and adhere to all relevant regulations

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks with precision
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset when assisting employees
• Experience with HRIS systems, payroll software, or benefits administration platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with basic employment laws and HR best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, for data tracking and reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing independent responsibilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in HR or business administration is advantageous
