About the Role

In this full‑time position, you partner with senior leaders to shape talent programs that support business objectives, drive change, and enhance the associate experience across the Walmart enterprise.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement HR initiatives that align with corporate goals, including talent acquisition, learning & development, and succession planning.
• Oversee performance management processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and actionable feedback for managers and teams.
• Monitor compliance with employment laws and internal policies, providing guidance to reduce risk and promote best practices.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, measure engagement, and recommend improvements to organizational effectiveness.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace by coaching leaders, facilitating employee relations, and supporting recognition programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business units, translating people insights into practical solutions that boost productivity.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• Proven experience leading HR functions in a large, complex organization, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Strong expertise in performance management, talent development, and employee engagement strategies.
• Ability to interpret HR metrics and use data to influence decision‑making.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and change‑management skills.
• Commitment to building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams.
