Manufacturing Operator

Kelly Services is hiring a Manufacturing Operator for its facility in Altos de Manati, Manatí, offering a full‑time position focused on parenteral production.

About the Role

In this role you will support the safe and efficient manufacturing of parenteral products, helping to meet quality standards and production targets while working closely with a multidisciplinary team.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor equipment used in the preparation and filling of parenteral solutions
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product safety, purity, and potency
• Perform in‑process checks and document results accurately
• Identify and report any deviations or equipment issues to supervision
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with GMP and safety regulations
• Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with shift teammates to achieve daily production goals

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus
• Experience operating machinery in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or food‑processing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following procedures precisely
• Ability to read and interpret batch records, work instructions, and safety data sheets
• Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude toward team members
• Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to work rotating shifts as needed
• Basic math proficiency for calculations related to dosing and yields
