About the Role

Join the service team at the South Hills Volkswagen location, where you will act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department. This full‑time position focuses on delivering a seamless experience from vehicle drop‑off to pickup.

What You'll Do

• Welcome vehicle owners, listen to their concerns, and gather detailed information about service needs.
• Explain recommended maintenance and repair options, providing clear estimates and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians to schedule work, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Process payments, handle warranty claims, and maintain accurate service records in the dealership system.
• Follow up with customers after service to confirm satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Stay current on Volkswagen product updates, service procedures, and parts availability.

What We're Looking For
