Customer Service Representative

Tower Loan is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Crest Hill, Will County on a full‑time basis.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate loan inquiries, process payments, and resolve any concerns with a friendly, professional approach. This position is essential to maintaining the high level of service that defines Tower Loan’s reputation in the community.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries from customers regarding loan products and account status.
• Accurately process payments, updates to account information, and loan disbursements while adhering to company policies.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or additional services when suitable.
• Document all interactions in the customer relationship management system, ensuring records are complete and up‑to‑date.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor following established procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current on product offerings, regulatory changes, and best practices in customer service.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a courteous and patient demeanor.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including email, word processing, and data entry software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and a commitment to delivering consistent, high‑quality service.
• Basic familiarity with financial products or lending processes is advantageous but not required.
