About the Role

As a Senior Associate Client Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines customers, managing day‑to‑day policy transactions while identifying opportunities to enhance coverage and drive retention. What You'll Do

• Process new business submissions, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations for auto, home, umbrella, and other personal lines policies.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and portal, providing clear explanations of coverage, billing, and policy changes.
• Conduct periodic policy reviews to identify gaps, recommend appropriate coverage enhancements, and cross‑sell complementary products.
• Assist with claims intake by gathering necessary documentation and liaising with claims adjusters to facilitate timely resolutions.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on product updates, industry trends, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of three years of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably in a client‑service or account‑management capacity.
• Strong working knowledge of personal lines coverages, rating procedures, and policy forms.
• Proficiency with agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, VertaForce, or comparable platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite.
