Associate Wealth Advisor

Focus Partners Wealth is seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor to join its Boston, Suffolk County team. This is a full‑time role supporting senior advisors in delivering personalized financial guidance to clients.

About the Role

As an Associate Wealth Advisor, you will partner with experienced wealth advisors to help clients achieve their short‑ and long‑term financial objectives. The position sits at the heart of a planning‑centric practice that values tailored advice, proactive relationship management, and continuous learning.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, investment, tax, and estate strategies.
• Gather and analyze client data, preparing clear summaries for advisor review.
• Participate in client meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
• Maintain accurate client records in the firm’s CRM and financial planning software.
• Conduct market and product research to support recommendation development.
• Help coordinate workflows between advisors, paraplanners, and operations staff.
• Contribute to team initiatives that improve client service standards and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• One to three years of experience in a financial services role, preferably supporting advisors or paraplanning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and prepare clear reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, comfortable interacting with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial planning tools such as eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or similar platforms.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to upholding fiduciary standards and maintaining client confidentiality.
