About the Role

As a Mobile Associate working inside a partner retail location, you will be the friendly face of T‑Mobile, helping customers discover the right wireless solutions while representing the brand with enthusiasm and expertise.

What You'll Do

• Greet shoppers, assess their mobile needs, and recommend suitable plans, devices, and accessories.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale systems and follow all cash handling procedures.
• Educate customers on T‑Mobile services, promotions, and device features, ensuring a clear understanding of benefits.
• Maintain a tidy, visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and adhering to brand standards.
• Meet or exceed individual and store‑wide sales targets while delivering consistent, high‑quality customer service.
• Collaborate with store‑in‑store partners and T‑Mobile team members to share insights and improve the shopping experience.
• Provide support in Spanish when needed, assisting bilingual customers with inquiries and transactions.
• Stay current on product launches, industry trends, and internal training materials through regular learning sessions.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or retail certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales environments is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen actively and communicate clearly.
• Comfort working with technology and learning new mobile platforms quickly.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math proficiency for processing payments and managing inventory.
• A passion for helping others and a drive to achieve personal and team goals.
