About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will drive new business growth by identifying prospects, presenting tailored facility solutions, and guiding clients through the complete sales cycle. Your efforts will help expand the company’s presence in the local market while supporting existing accounts to ensure long‑term satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Research and generate leads within the defined geographic and industry segments
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in‑person meetings to schedule appointments
• Assess client needs and develop customized proposals that align with their facility requirements
• Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations of service offerings
• Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Maintain accurate activity logs and pipeline forecasts in the CRM system
• Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth hand‑off and successful project kickoff
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging service opportunities
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within facilities management, cleaning, maintenance, or related service sectors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented professional comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard office productivity tools
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities, coupled with a consultative selling approach
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits across Montgomery County
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or business coursework is a plus
