No corporate bureaucracy – but the resources of a mature business. Our team is made up of experienced senior individual contributors who work independently, challenge each other constructively, and collaborate closely on solving complex problems. It is an environment with a high level of trust, autonomy, and strong opportunities to learn from experienced peers across both technical and business topics.

You don’t just analyze – you drive. You proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, build the foundations to answer questions, and make sure stakeholders don’t just receive dashboards, but know what to do with them.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Building and maintaining scalable data models and pipelines
• Translating business questions into structured analytical approaches and communicating them in whatever format stakeholders actually need
• Collaborating with teams across the company to improve data quality, transparency and accessibility
• Contributing to the development of our data culture, standards, and ways of working

You will be great for this position if you have  

• 3+ years of experience in Analytics, BI, or a similar role
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with dbt
• Experience with PowerBI
• You guide stakeholders – not just serve them, both communication and domain wise
• A proactive and ownership-driven mindset
• Interest in improving processes and increasing efficiency, including through ML/LLM-based approaches
