Optimization Manager

Optimization Manager is responsible for driving digital revenue growth across streaming platforms (DSPs) such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and other digital partners. This role focuses on managing platform relationships, optimizing commercial opportunities, and maximizing the performance of the company’s music catalogue and releases across digital services. 

What you will do:

• Manage and grow relationships with key Digital Service Providers (DSPs) including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
• Develop and execute digital sales strategies to maximize streaming revenue and platform monetization. 
• Identify and secure editorial placements, playlists, and promotional opportunities with DSP partners.
• Monitor and analyze streaming performance, revenue trends, and platform insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, A&R, and Audience Development teams to align release strategies with DSP opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through campaigns, platform partnerships, and commercial initiatives.
• Negotiate and execute commercial deals and partnerships with digital platforms.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
• Track industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in growth / digital sales / strategic partnerships / business development.
• Experience in the music industry would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Indonesia’s music streaming ecosystem (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.).
• Proven experience in revenue growth & digital monetization.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to transform streaming and sales data into business action plan.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. 
• Basic understanding of music and the Indonesian music industry, including familiarity with Indonesian artists, Indo songs, and Indo genres.
