Behind many of life’s most important transactions — buying a house, applying for a mortgage, getting a small business loan, or refinancing a credit card — is a network of credit relationships. Setpoint provides critical infrastructure for relationships between the world’s largest banks, credit funds and capital markets counterparties. We’re building trust in this system of credit.
We are looking for a Software Engineer (Implementations) to join our team!

What you’ll do
- Own customer onboarding: We understand customer needs and own the technical onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they’re accurately integrated into our system.
- Process improvement: Develop best practices and continuously identify areas of the onboarding process that can be improved to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Project management: Coordinate and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Work with a modern tech stack: We use Python/Flask, NextJS/React and Tailwind CSS.
You should have
- 3+ years of experience as a backend software engineer (Python experience preferred).
- Embraces rapid prototyping with a tight customer-feedback loop.
- Interest in taking ownership of major initiatives.
- Team player with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across multiple teams.
- Excited to learn and receive feedback from other team members.
