What You’ll Learn at mthree Academy 

Based on your chosen pathway (BA/PM or Engineering), training will cover:

  • Core programming concepts

  • How databases work and how to use them

  • DevOps basics and CI/CD tools

  • Scripting and automation

  • An introduction to financial services and banking

  • Professional skills, communication, and interview preparation

What You Need to Succeed 

  • A genuine passion for technology.

  • Analytical thinking and confidence working with numbers.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • You must live within 25 miles OR 45 minute commute to Stevenage

  • Committed to attending the office 5 days a week 

  • You must have the right to work in the UK.
