Shift: Days
Pay: $19 per hour
Metal Collection and Testing:
- Collect and manage metal samples for testing across different production lines (DL, WT, FL, TL).
- Ensure samples are properly documented and stored for accurate analysis.
- Perform routine testing on collected samples to meet quality standards.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Handle trolleys, including changing and repairing them to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance on testing equipment to prevent downtime.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or required repairs promptly to the supervisor.
Collaboration and Process Improvement:
- Utilize and maintain collaboration tools essential for team coordination and process enhancement.
- Contribute to the documentation and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to metal testing and equipment management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Able to lift a maximum of 25 lbs. multiple times a day during a 12 hr.
- Bend and stand in difficult positions up to 12 hours; Able to manipulate tools with both hands and stand for long hours
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
