We’re on the lookout for a Warehouse Projects Associate to join our warehouse team. This role supports a range of warehouse operations and special initiatives to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
Shift Time: 9AM – 6PM, Monday to Friday
In This Role
- Perform order picking duties efficiently
- Load and unload containers and trucks, ensuring careful handling of materials
- Organize and transfer finished materials to their designated storage locations within the warehouse
- Identify items across various documentation sources, such as customer orders, labels, manifests, packing lists, stock receipts, and bill of ladings
- Assist with the setup of the retail showroom as needed
- Support the photography team with furniture assembly and setup
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company policies
- Meet productivity requirements while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency
- Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person
- 1+ year of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
- Comfortable with continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and reaching for up to 8 hours per day in a warehouse environment
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours
