- Lead Generation: Identifying prospects, qualifying inbound leads, and managing cold outreach (calls, emails, social media).
- Sales Support: Assisting senior executives in preparing sales pitches, product demonstrations, and proposals.
- Account Management: Maintaining day-to-day client communications, processing orders, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- CRM Tracking: Keeping detailed, accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and lead statuses
- Market Analysis: Tracking industry trends and analyzing competitor products to identify new business opportunities.
- Ad Hocs: Administrative support to leadership, hosting guests and sending out samples to clients.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Fashion & Design or a related field is typically preferred.
- Experience: 0-3 years of transferrable experience in customer-facing roles, internships or inside sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate value and build rapport.
- Organization: The ability to juggle multiple accounts, manage time efficiently, and track metrics.
- Drive: A competitive, self-motivated personality with a strong desire to hit sales targets and grow.

At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).
