About the Role

In the Customer Value Engineer role, you will be responsible for quantifying, communicating, and systematizing the value Courier Health delivers to our clients. This role combines analytical rigor with storytelling capability to help our customers understand the tangible impact of our platform on patient outcomes, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.

You will build automated systems to capture value metrics, design rigorous analyses that account for statistical nuances, and translate complex data insights into compelling narratives that resonate with client stakeholders from data scientists to C-suite executives.

What You’ll Do

  • Measure, benchmark, and communicate value across therapeutic areas and program types. Build standardized value narratives, benchmark datasets, and reusable templates for QBRs, executive touchpoints, and renewal conversations
  • Design and implement automated dashboards and reporting systems that surface real-time value metrics at scale. Build self-service analytics tools that eliminate manual work and enable the team to answer client questions quickly
  • Lead sophisticated client analyses with tight timelines. Design segmentation and cohort studies, identify confounding variables and data quality issues, and communicate methodologies and limitations with clarity
  • Partner with Client Solutions and Sales to deliver data-driven materials for executive meetings. Translate complex findings into clear compelling value narratives

Qualifications

  • Strong passion for Courier Health’s mission and improving patient outcomes through technology
  • 3-5+ years of experience in analytics or data science
  • Expert-level SQL skills + AI Fluency
  • Experience building automated dashboards or reporting systems
  • Proven ability to design experiments, build cohort analyses, and identify confounding variables and data quality issues
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex analytical findings to data scientists, business stakeholders, and executives
  • Experience supporting complex, time-sensitive analytical requests in client-facing contexts
  • Demonstrated track record building analytics infrastructure that scales
  • Bonus: Experience with life sciences, specialty pharma, healthcare analytics, or SaaS value measurement

The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $130,000 – $160,000 + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
