The Role
As a 180 Consultant, you’ll manage the hiring process end to end, working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
You will:

Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring journey

Keep processes organised, accurate and compliant

Develop strong market knowledge and commercial awareness
