Sales & Service Manager

ALO is hiring a full-time Sales & Service Manager - The Fashion Mall at Keystone for its Fashion Mall at Keystone location in Indianapolis, IN. Step into store leadership where sales results, guest experiences, and talent development come together every day.

Role Overview

The Sales & Service Manager - The Fashion Mall at Keystone serves on the store leadership team and turns ALO business and guest-experience strategy into action on site. Success centers on sales results, memorable visits, and growing people who live the company's guiding principles, with exceptional guest experiences as the clear priority. The role demands steady movement across the sales floor and back-of-house areas. When not assisting guests, you take initiative to keep the location clean, safe, welcoming, and efficient. Full-time availability covering openings, closings, weekends, and the blackout window from Thanksgiving week through the first week of January is required so the operation and team stay well supported.

Responsibilities

• Root-cause sales shortfalls and partner with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
• Lead the Sales & Service team to deliver outstanding floor experiences by evaluating guest connection and product education, then coaching for improvement
• Deepen daily customer relationships
• Secure effective sales-floor coverage through workforce solutions and storewide selling initiatives
• Co-create the store Sales & Service strategy with the General Manager and drive team execution
• Represent the business in meetings and calls alongside the General Manager
• Monitor budgets, reports, and metrics such as expenses and sell-through, then inform quarterly reviews and sales planning
• Plan future workflows that protect peak performance
• Ensure Sales, Service, and Community teams embody ALO's mission and guiding principles so guests understand who we are and why we do what we do
• Hold the team accountable through regular coaching, talent elevation, and clear communication with Operations and Visual partners
• Build internal and external pipelines via succession planning and recruiting
• Write schedules that put business priorities first in partnership with the General Manager or Store Manager
• Oversee delivery of the ALO Sales and Service Model while protecting operational efficiency
• Implement leadership vision and collaborate cross-functionally to advance shared goals
• Navigate the organization with a balanced focus on business needs and brand culture

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Exceptional interpersonal plus verbal and written communication skills
• Agility to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Independent work ethic, strong time management, and personal accountability
• Ability to move constantly throughout all store areas
• Alignment with and embodiment of ALO's Guiding Principles
• Capacity to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely use a ladder
• Stamina to stand and move for an entire shift
