The AMP Training Team supports schools by providing clear, practical training and resources that help educators confidently implement program supported tools and strengthen classroom instruction. Our team works closely with partner schools to deliver engaging professional development, training materials, and provide ongoing support that helps teachers meet the needs of their students.

We are a collaborative group of problem-solvers committed to delivering creative solutions and meaningful support that improve teacher confidence, increase adoption of our tools, and ultimately support student engagement and success.

Eligibility: This is a remote position that requires some onsite school support and occasional travel to partner schools in Ohio and other states we serve.

  • Create engaging training resources using a variety of digital tools, including instructional videos, video editing, tutorials, guides, presentations, templates, and visually engaging support materials.
  • Develop and deliver virtual, in-person, and self-paced professional learning experiences related to curriculum and instructional technology tools within the AMP ecosystem
  • Support the rollout and implementation of curriculum tools, instructional programs, and learning platforms through training and ongoing educator support
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively, humbly, and respectfully with school leaders, educators, and internal teams
  • Travel to partner schools to support training, professional development, implementation, and ongoing support initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

About You

  • Experience creating polished, visually engaging adult learning content, including presentations, tutorials, guides, instructional videos, digital learning resources, and branded visual assets, preferred.
  • Experience developing multimedia training content from concept to completion, including technical writing, storyboarding, scripting, video production, video editing, screen recording, motion graphics, and visual content design, is highly valued.
  • High level of energy and comfort delivering engaging professional learning experiences in both virtual and in-person settings
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines effectively
  • Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks
  • Ability to properly manage confidential information

The annual starting salary for this position is between $50,000 – $55,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
