Lead our Scottsdale ear piercing boutique as a Store Supervisor for Studs, the innovative ear-piercing-plus-jewelry brand transforming how customers experience earscaping. This is a part-time leadership role where you'll help create our signature safe, expert, and welcoming retail environment.
About the Role
As a part-time Store Supervisor in Scottsdale, you'll oversee daily store operations while ensuring every customer receives the knowledgeable, personalized service Studs is known for. You'll manage team activities, maintain our high standards for safety and expertise, and contribute to the memorable earscaping experience that defines our brand.
What You'll Do
- Supervise team members and support customer service during scheduled shifts
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and product display excellence
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Assist with inventory management and merchandise organization
- Ensure adherence to our safety and aftercare protocols
- Support opening and closing procedures as needed
- Help train team members on products, procedures, and customer experience standards
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture
